Jim Boyd, MAI is the president of the company and has been designated by the Appraisal Institute as an MAI for 37 years with a total of 40 years of experience. Jim is State Certified General Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with SVN Commercial Advisory Group formerly known as Sperry Van Ness.
ABOUT CHRIS
With over 15 years of real estate experience, Chris began appraising residential property in 2003 under the leadership of Jim Boyd, MAI. Since 2010, Chris has been a Florida licensed real estate agent focused on the Sarasota and Manatee market and currently focuses on multifamily sales with SVN Commercial Advisory Group. He currently holds Florida trainee appraiser license.
